Hi my name is Wayne. 40 years old. Dedicated family man recently made the move from the Waikato to Tauranga. I have been on the same farm 14 years, working my way up from farm assistant to contract milking my own business the past 4 years. My family and I are taking a step back from contract milking in hopes of gaining some family / work balance in a management role . I consider myself to be fit and healthy and incredibly hard working. I enjoy the outdoors and all the challenges that come with it. I can lead a team well by being the example and always have worked alongside staff just as hard as il expect them to complete the days tasks. I am reliable and love to learn new skills. Ideally I would like to put my skills I have obtained to use in a new role. I enjoy milking , stock movement , landscaping, tractor work, spraying, mowing, water blasting and generally anything that gets me outdoors & kept busy.
