I want to demonstrate to the reader that I have the relevant skills and experience to fill the Broker Support role at Bay Insurance. I believe that my capacity for learning and the experience I have developed in the past will be an asset to Bay Insurance.
I currently work for a well recognised insurance company and while I love the work that I do, I would like the opportunity to develop myself further and be part of a local team again. I have five years experience in office environments including customer service, and over a years experience working for an insurance firm. Im proficient with MS Office as well as a range of online applications.
I pride myself on having excellent customer service skills. I have thrived in fast paced roles where: phone, online and face to face interactions have been necessary to deliver targeted outcomes. I am a problem solver and I have held several positions that require prioritization of tasks.
