• Troubleshooting faults in heavy Machines, servicing earthmovers, repairing, and changing parts. Looking Sale and after sale service support of Liugong construction equipment’s such as Wheel loaders, Motors graders, Excavators in the region of North INDIA. (Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, J&K and Uttarakhand) Analyse the product complaints and give a feed-back to the plant (CHINA) for further modification. Trouble shooting and solving problems in the 6BT 5.9 Cummins engine, Hydraulics and ZF Transmission. Overhauling of 6 BT engines, BS305 Transmission & ZF Axle. Imparting Dealer & Customer training to improve product knowledge and skills. Promotion of spares and service product like annual service contract and major hydraulic aggregates. Conducting promotional activities like free Health check-up, Customer meets etc. ⥤ KEY RESULT AREAS (MANAGEMENT) Handling buyer account in consideration with DMM. Conversation with buying house over phone/mail Take work from all departments like fabric, accessories, sampling, Research and Development etc. Maintain record of new developments, sampling. Updating status at any point of time and keep informed all concerned. Involved Sample development & sourcing of trims and fabric - depending upon the buyer requirement. Follow up independently with the buying house for approval and execution of orders. Follow up of fabric/ trims/ samples with the buying house to commence the production in time. Follow up with the buyer nominated testing labs for meeting the buyer’s specification and parameters. Handled the Buying house QCs and merchants. Shipment follow up. Organized the sample meeting and discussion regarding the development.
