• Quantity Surveying: Assist quantity surveyors by consolidating form documents and checking for errors
• Finish basic part for example foundation, floor, roof, doors, and windows.

Responsibilities:

• Materials Management: Responsible for the preparation and management of lumber and other related materials, including inspecting and organizing lumber inventory, evaluating, and selecting suitable lumber for projects, cutting, assembling, and finely processing lumber according to design requirements, ensuring the quality and durability of the final product
• Project Support: Assist carpenters in completing various practical carpentry projects such as furniture making, renovation works, and custom carpentry, performing measurements, cutting, processing, and installation using various hand and power tools according to design drawings and specifications
• Quality Control: Participate in the quality inspection and testing of carpentry products, controlling the quality of lumber and other raw materials used according to design drawings and customer requirements, and checking if the dimensions, structure, and assembly of carpentry products meet the expected standards
• Site Cleaning: Responsible for cleaning the construction site, including removing debris, sweeping, and maintaining a tidy and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Equipment Management: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all computers and network equipment in the internet cafe during the night shift, assisting customers with starting machines, answering their questions related to computer and network usage, providing basic technical support, and ensuring the normal operation of each computer
• Facility Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning the computer equipment in the internet cafe, regularly cleaning computer screens, keyboards, mice, etc., promptly removing garbage from the internet cafe, and regularly cleaning and disinfecting the floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
