
Within my last 3 years at GMR Tyres, I've grown in multiple areas from customer interactions, to multitasking any given situation, to staff development, and have expanded on previous experiences, I excell in conflict resolution and customer service also, and all the while enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction, this has carried on from years past in other careers.
From my skills in machine operation and safety protocols from when I was with Yancoal, and achieving record-breaking production levels consistently throughout the years in Australia demonstrates my desire and willingness to become the best I can be, I've got exceptional problem-solving and team leadership abilities, and have strived at becoming the best manager I can be, Ive an analytical problem-solver mind with talents for team building, leading and motivating, as well as excellent customer relations aptitude and relationship-building, as previously touched upon. I'm Proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company coals.
I believe in dedicating and applying training, monitoring and morale-building activities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance, also showing compassion / empathy and respect among others is part of the foundation and corner stone in what I believe makes employees and employers work together in harmony.
