Senior Quantity Surveyor: Reporting directly to the commercial manager of Dominion Residential, I work daily with the project team including project managers, site supervisors, administrators and H&S officers. Excellent commercial skills due to having varying roles managing client relationships, overseeing design team and occasionally project managing sites due to resourcing.

- Kainga Ora Edmonton Ave Apartments: Design and build of 24 apartments, 3 x 3 storey precast buildings complete with siteworks and infrastructure.

- Kainga Ora Roosevelt Ave Apartments: Design and build of 18 apartments, 3 x 3 storey precast buildings complete with siteworks and infrastructure.

- Private: Owens Rd Student Accommodation: Design and build of New Timber Building and Renovation of existing building complete with new infrastructure and site works, New Building 880m2 and Renovation 760m2, 2 storey timber buildings with high level of fire requirements, sprinkler/alarms, HVAC, commercial bathrooms, laundry and kitchen and passive fire.

- Kainga Ora Beach Haven Development: Build only of 8 timber standalone houses 120m2 each complete with new infrastructure and site works, completed in 6 months.

- Housing New Zealand Rightsize 1E project: Build only of 2 bedroom units, extensions and garage conversions on 50 properties Auckland wide complete with new infrastructure and site works.

- ACC Projects (3-4 projects ranging from $30k – $300k.

- Assistance on projects under Senior QS: Ryburn Rd – 13 townhouses, Miro St – 15 townhouses, Cedar Heights – 13 townhouses

- Volume build project Quantity Surveyor.
- Taking on 50-100 Lots to develop each year.
