- I met Kyle Street and Jordan MacDonald through my time at Elliott Stables. They are excellent hospitality operators and own Culprit, Little Culprit, Low Brow, Nook and Double Double coffee bar (Elliott Stables). As I was finishing my contract there they offered me work. Specifically, taking over Little Culprit and getting that running right. Which is exactly what I've being doing alongside Kyle.

- The Icon Group own multiple commercial buildings throughout NZ.
- Firstly I was bought on board to build The Cohort Bar in Vulcan lane, which I did, and then that building was leased out.
- Then my focus was Elliott Stables. It had had a difficult time coming out of Covid and my role was to develop favorable relationships with the tenants and assist them in getting things back up and running well again.
- Once again, I changed the music, staff, general attitude towards service as this is what the place needed.
- It was a large task but completed rather quickly and therefore I could move on.

- Holy Hop opened in October 2019 and like any new place the initial months of operation can be quite complex. I was bought in to balance things out as that's something I'm very skilled at.
- I focused on getting the place humming, setting new music and entertainment, building a great team, consolidating rosters and managing wage costs.
- I had to do all this twice in 6 months. Firstly, when I arrived in January and again after the first Covid 19 lockdown in May as I had a completely new FOH team of 10 when we returned.
- Holy Hop is fantastic place and I proved that I can rejig big spaces and make them flow.

- I was the opening OPs Manager for Elmos; 120-seater, fast paced, pizzeria and bar.
- I started 4 weeks prior to opening and employed all 25 staff and set many of the systems. My main focus was restaurant flow and training of staff; many of them with little experience.
- It was extremely busy with minimal issues and an excellent work culture was established quickly.
- I moved on as I had completed the overall task.

- Inspired Learning Global offer a suite of programmes using the principles of improvisation and play with evidence-based neuroscience and psychology. These programmes teach participants to embody learning and bridge the gap between theory and practice, between knowing and doing, to create positive behavioural change that lasts. I have delivered over 15 programmes to organisations such as Spark, Sovereign Insurance, Auckland Airport. The programme I mainly delivered is called the JOLT Challenge. The programme focuses on maximizing productivity, developing Self Intelligence, increasing your joy at work and home and setting up a solid foundation to successfully lead others.

- Senior interviewer: I interviewed, assessed and orientated approximately 2500 men for Shine programmes and/or counselling. This is very specialized work and sometimes I worked with highly resistant clients. I see interviewing, sometimes referred to as 'motivational interviewing', is a process of assisting people to feel at ease through dynamic rapport building with the outcome of a 'respectful connection' towards myself and the programme.
- Counsellor: 1:1 individual counselling was a substantial part of my work with men who are not suitable or ready to enter group work. I completed over 500 hours of individual counselling and co-facilitated over 1000 groups. My counselling practice is informed by my training in Narrative therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Strength Based approaches.
- Senior Trainer: I delivered several types of training's regarding Domestic Violence. These trainings were delivered to Community organizations, Government agencies, Police, District Health Boards and many more. I co-facilitated or led these training's for over 3 years

- I spent the 1990's and early 2000's working as a Restaurant Manager for some of NZ's best restaurants. I worked on site, helped build and manage restaurants, such as Cibo, Paysanne (Blenheim), Armadillo – Wellington , The Corn Exchange (Hawkes Bay), eventually I opened my own restaurant, Manuka, in Devonport, when I was 28 years old. I sold out of my partnership in 2002 and then worked as the OPs Manager for the Relish group where I ran over 100 weddings and events at beautiful sites such as Pukatutu Island, Pinot (Orakei Basin), Watergardens, Pontoon.
