. I undertake lessons with a variety of ages, ranging from young children to adults.

. I ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable lessons and constantly risk assess the saftey of the slopes throughout the day.

. I use positive communication and personable skills to ensure my Guests have an amazing experience. I also ensure people feel comfortable and confident when undertaking my lessons.

• I teach students new skills and techniques to advance their snowboarding abilities.

• I conduct risk assessments on slopes before starting lessons, examining for hazards and safety concerns for removal. Including an awareness of different weather conditions.

• I continually provide skill demonstrations to students for them to better understand specific snowboarding techniques and styles.

. Taking groups of up to 8 with varying ability, ages and experience. Creating a fun, relaxed and engaging environment aimed at assisting their learning and building confidence at every step. This includes demonstrations, verbal and visual explanations as well as encouraging experimentation to allow them to progress in a safe way with my own awareness of the dangers around us.

• I provided an exceptional service to each customer when handing compliance based queries.

• I helped customers to feel valued and appreciated by going that extra mile and using effective communication skills.

• I handled complaints on a daily basis regarding Childcare and Social Care provisions and local authorities calmly and professionally providing appropriate solutions.

• I also managed many forms of office correspondence efficiently including emails, phone calls and mail.

• I monitored and recorded children's developments and provided daily reports to parents.

• I planned and delivered stimulating activities for children, indoors and outdoors, to enhance development and wellbeing being.
