In my time as an electrical apprentice we had to always maintain up to date health and safety and also maintain workmanship. I have worked on many different types of environments and with many different types of people coming from different backgrounds. I’ve also worked on many different jobs by myself as I was deemed confident in doing so, I’ve also had to sell many services and offer different alternatives to customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service I have offered them.
I started selling cars on the side when I was around 15 for extra money on the side and I chose this side job because I have a decent amount of knowledge on cars and with people around me doing the same thing it wasn’t hard to latch onto how the business works. While selling cars on the side I had to maintain a trustworthy and honest profile to show I was a reliable person to get a car off. I also had close connections to local panel beaters and mechanics to ensure I saved money where I could and also make a decent profit
I was given this position while in high school for extra cash and have during this period of working in a retail styled job I have picked up many customer service tips mainly because my whole job was to interact with customers. I have dealt with many different types of customers and have found what works with different personality traits. I also had to be very fast and efficient so that queues wouldn’t form on my checkout line.
