Summary
From a young age, I have been exposed to the dairy industry on my grandparents' dairy farm and runoff block. This led me to find my passion and pursue a career in the dairy industry. I started dairy farming in Te Kauwhata for two years, then moved to the South Island, where I milked deer, assisted in running a dairy runoff block, and then worked as a general tractor operator on a station in Mt. Somers. I then made the move back home and started working for John Austin. I became specialized in cultivation, which involved using specialized programming and GPS systems. I then helped Abby out with calving and mating this season, which I really enjoyed and when I'm not contract tractor driving I'm helping on the farm. I value making a difference whether that's self development, helping people grow and seeing my hard work pay off.
