Summary

With over 17 years of experience as a primary school teacher in Fiji, combined with my recent experience as a caregiver at Best-Start in New Zealand, I am eager to bring my skills and passion for education to your esteemed institution.

Teaching has always been my calling. Throughout my 17 years in Fiji, I developed a deep understanding of diverse learning needs and implemented engaging instructional strategies that fostered a love for learning among my students.

My commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment has consistently resulted in positive outcomes for my students, promoting both academic achievement and personal growth.

Since relocating to New Zealand in July 2023, I have been dedicated to adapting my teaching methods to align with local educational standards. Earning my Provisional Teachers Registration in November has further solidified my commitment to teaching in New Zealand.

My experience as a caregiver and now as a provisional registered teacher has enhanced my ability to connect with children on a personal level, providing me with unique insights into their emotional and social development.
