In my role at Woolworths Waiata Shores, I was responsible for managing online orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for customers. My tasks included:

• Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Assisting with inventory management to ensure stock availability for online purchases.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to online orders.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction

I spent the majority of my time at Kauri Lodge Motel working behind the desk greeting and checking in guests in and out of rooms. On some days, I handled room service and cleaned the units' kitchens and toilets. Every summer vacation, i worked at Kauri Lodge and developed my people and service skills

• Answered incoming calls, directing clients to individuals addressing specific needs.
• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Kept reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.
• Handled complaints and questions, and re-directed calls to other team members.
