I’m currently working at Image Holdings, a company that outsources vitamins and minerals to New Zealand and worldwide. I have to pick packing skills such as

Speed and Accuracy make sure it’s the right products being put on the pallet and in a timely manner.

Attention to detail making sure the way I pack the products is stable whenever it’s being lifted by forklifts or even k15, also making sure when doing the paperwork, the weight amount of various products is correct, making sure the animals get the right amount of vitamins and minerals

Production operator was my first job at Image Holdings. With training from my co-workers. I was able to understand how various machines work. Maintenance work every morning making sure everything works perfectly and also with skills in attention to detail, making sure that there are no flaws in the packaging and the machines are putting the right amount in the packaging. Quality checking making sure the products are safe to pack and send out to the customers.

• Working there was a great experience
• Creating a brotherhood with everyone and putting our brains together to solve problems is special bond
• But leaving was a decision that came to mind when pay would arrive 1/5 weeks later
• Inconsistent management constantly setting us back, made the decision to leave
• Still enjoyed working there working in carpentry made learn skills such as mechanical and maths skills, attention to detail, communication and problem solving

• My first job was working as a cleaner at Auckland zoo, and I loved every second of it
• Loved talking to the people who came to see the animals, didn't mind cleaning, I always saw it as job that needed to be done and move on to the next area
• I also saw working there as a free ticket into the zoo
• Every team was, great management was even better
• Cleaning came with skills like attention to detail, communication skills, how to handle cleaning products safely, ability to work independently and problem solving
