• Maintained professionalism and productivity while working in a fast-paced environment for a boutique hotel

Part-time job during high school and university holidays.

• Washing dishes and cleaning
• Making desserts, preparing condiments and general food preparation for the chefs

• Washing dishes and cleaning of benches, floors and other surfaces
• Food preparation and organisation
• Assisting chefs and front of house staff
