In the past year I have taken up running. Running has taught me mental strength as well as resilience. I have completed two half marathon with the ambition to run a full marathon later in the year.

Furthermore, my hobbies include networking and educating, recently I have created a networking group for Taurangas Emerging Property Professionals to create a networking environment for emerging professionals within property development. I have hosted two networking event and am currently in the process or organising a third event. This I do in my own time outside of my work hours as I find a sense of enjoyment through event planning and coordination. I am involved with the Emerging Planners where I am on the committee for networking and educational events for the Bay of Plenty Region. We have a lunch scheduled for the first Thursday of each month which presents the opportunity for emerging planners to discuss changes in legislation as well as general networking of people within the same discipline.
