  • Social Media and Marketing Beauty Coordinator for Farmers New Zealand. I hold a pivotal role in driving the brand's presence and engagement within the beauty sector across various digital platforms.
  • I manage 60 influencers and send them assorted product each month in return for social content. I make sure that the content being produced is in line with the business and any current campaigns/promotions we are running.
  • Creating and running internal and external campaigns through Meta Business Suite with PHD. I also produce in depth post-campaign analysis reports for our external brands to view.
  • Use collaboration skills to respond to daily customer enquires and ensuring complaints are handled efficiently and appropriately. To also uphold a close professional relationship with buyers and vendors.
  • Continuously gather and analyse feedback from various brand buyers, internal and external, to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance product/service quality and overall performance.
  • Create various video and static content for our platforms to suit different target audiences and make sure the assets are scheduled in line with current campaigns and stock levels. Flexibility is essential to effectively be able to re-schedule posts if internal or external circumstances change.
  • Produce monthly social asset briefs to our on site studio. This includes specific shoot instructions for products that may also involve the use of models from specific agency's. I use my creative skills when creating briefs to help ensure my content will help to further drive sales and brand awareness.
