My Role at Jeanswest was all about managing the Store in every way- From Store operations to day to day tasks, visual merchandising, creating a fun workplace for my Team and customers. The most important part of being the manager was always leading from the front, creating a positive, memorable shopping experience for every customer, having excellent product knowledge and a passion for the brand,always going over and beyond with customers to create repeat business in future.

My role at the café was to create a welcoming atmosphere, process orders on latest POS system, prepare food and beverages

After being promoted to Team Leader I gained more responsibilities, from staff training, inventory checks and ordering.

• Working along side my older brother who runs the family Dairy farm in Waipu.
• I have often stepped in to help during calving season, and relief milk most weekends.
• Carried out daily farm tasks such as feeding animals, milking cows, and cleaning pens to ensure animal health and welfare.
• Checked farmland for issues in need of attention, such as fences to mend and broken pipes to fix.
• Kept pens, stalls and farm equipment clean and sterilized to support animal wellbeing.
• Observed animals and notified supervisor of signs of illness and more!

• Started this role during school holidays as a teenager and weekends as the ice cream girl
• Which I then went on to work the register serving customers, and shelf restocking.

My role at the Cafe first started in the kitchen as the dishy, leading to a kitchen hand getting cabinet food ready. However With my love for interacting with people- My manager felt I would be a better fit as a Front of house Superstar! Welcoming each and every customer into the Cafe with a big smile.
