Work closely with our UK counterpart, as we are the outsourced DevOps team of our client, Krystal Hosting Ltd. Configured, managed, and monitored cloud-based services such as AWS EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, RDS using Terraform and Ansible. Monitored system health using Nagios and Grafana for early detection of issues. Implemented containerization technologies, such as Docker, for faster delivery cycles.

Deployed new servers into the production environment while ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Set up and maintain Galera Cluster for disaster preparedness and prevention of data loss. Implemented backup systems for data recovery in the event of a disaster. Monitored server performance and optimized resource utilization using tools such as Nagios.

Managed our on-premises data center. Set up the infrastructure of our online booking application. Provide support for day-to-day issues. Planned and guided juniors in migrating to public cloud environment. Monitored system performance to ensure availability of all services and systems to authorized users. Configured and maintained routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks and other network devices.

Train and lead the juniors in the day-to-day operation of our data center. Provide support to client concerns and resolve within our SLA. Monitored system performance on a daily basis and identified potential areas of improvement. Implemented backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability in case of emergency situations. Performed server hardware installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs as needed. Maintained and administered various system software, including Windows Server, Linux Server, and Hyper-V.
