- Distributed and displayed alliance communications, such as posters, newsletters, and event information to the team.
- Supported in facility management of the office.
- Ensure all administration functions are carried out to a consistently high standard, making sure that the needs of team are being meet and/or exceeded.
- Assisted in preparation for office events and activities.
- Assisted in organizing desk name tag and facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Attended to staff, visitors, clients, and the public arriving at the Link Alliance office in a professional manner.
- Supported in managing and updating office registers which includes Merino Register, first aiders and other registers.
- Assisted in monitoring stock levels of stationery and office/kitchen for timely replenishment.
- Contributed to the day-to-day office operations to meet project-goal.
- Attend to other ad hoc administrative duties and when required.
