- Organising and running outpatient follow up clinic for our orthopaedic surgeons.

- Application of casts and post operative wound checks.

- In charge of the on call phone answering questions and concerns from patients and other health care providers.

- Managing a work load of medically unwell patients with varying health conditions.

- Able to confidently deescalate situations Eg, Confused/aggressive Dementia patients, confrontation from family members etc.

- Worked in the Nurse in Charge roll After-hours, in charge of patient flow (admissions and discharges) . Appropriately delegating work load to my colleagues.

- Assisting and supporting my junior colleagues with skills and managing situations.

Medical Older Persons Health and Rehabilitation

- Worked collaboratively within a MDT team

- Involved in weekly MDT meetings, contributing information about patients and advocating for patient needs to ensure safe discharge.

- Nurse in charge roll on Night shifts, on shift with an Enrolled Nurse.

- Managing a busy work load, identifying priorities.

- Safely using equipment such as Hoists etc.

- PICC line certification
