The focus of this role is to understand how everything automates and connects within our IT stack and how we can use information and data flows to improve and maximise workflows for staff efficiency.
The result should free up staff and management from routine process, reporting and tasks by providing up to date information so they dedicate more quality time providing the guest the ultimate experience at Sudima Hotels.
· - Work on establishing Food & Beverage reports to capture periodic statistical information (full covers, average check, capture rate)
· - Establish Food & Beverage weekly, monthly and annual analysis reports
· - Assist in annual budget planning
· - Provide data for Food & Beverage budgets via Stats Reports
· - Assist project team with setting up and configurating of the main operations systems for the new hotel projects
· - Assist CFO with research and implementation of any new software products
