Alex Goodall

Hi there! My name is Alex Goodall, I am 17 years old and currently doing my last year of high school at Westlake Girls. I am on the search for a part time job in hospitality. I am experienced in offering welcoming and inclusive customer service, I have a knack for making friends as well as bringing a positive energy to the work environment.

I bring 2 years experience of hospitality with 18 months in a top destination Gastro Pub.

• Cooperation, In a workspace, I am always offering help to my co-workers, whether its clearing tables or taking an order for them because they're too busy, I always offer my best to help contribute and cooperate with them to make things run smoother.
• Reliability, I am always a reliable employee, I show up to work on time, never call in unless it is a must, always make sure I am doing my best and no job goes incomplete.
• Self-Control, As a employee, I am always calm under pressure, for example during a big lunch or dinner rush No matter how chaotic things get I will always present myself as calm and maintain that until everything is under control.
• Sociable, I always put on a positive attitude in my work space whether its around customers or my co-workers. I enjoy getting to know customers and having conversations with them, as well as I find that it all round makes the workspace a more enjoyable place to work at
• Social Awareness, I am very socially aware, especially in a work space. For example, if a customer were to complain about their food, and I see that they are quite upset about it, I will always give my full attention and understanding to the situation and make sure it never goes unnoticed.
