I provide weekly and fortnightly residential cleaning services across Auckland. I maintain effective communication with clients through text, calls, and email. I also prepare and send quotes and invoices, manage payments, tax obligations, and ACC contributions. Additionally, I oversee the McKenzie Cleaning Facebook page, ensuring engaging content and timely updates.

During the period from 2nd to 5th November in 2022, 2023, and 2025, I was responsible for the sale of fireworks. My role involved providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring that stock levels were maintained through effective restocking practices.

In my previous role, I supported passengers, including unaccompanied minors and those with mobility challenges, ensuring a smooth airport experience. I communicated effectively with non-English speaking passengers to address their needs and concerns. Additionally, I assisted with luggage to make their journey as comfortable as possible.
