Within the Accounting and Finance division of Tribe my role is to support 3 consultants across roles of all levels. My main responsibilities include sourcing top talent for our variety of clients in a professional and timely manner. Key responsibilities:

• Souring candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, Database to build talent pipeline and shortlists
• Screening and interviewing candidates while establishing relationships to better match them with suitable roles
• Engaging with clients to understand their needs, manage the end to end recruitment process and negotiate final offers
• Connecting with new clients to pitch our services and ultimately attract new business

Tech5 is an award winning business specialising in temporary and permanent labour hire in the construction industry.

My role was to manage end-to-end recruitment across all permanent positions. Key responsibilities:

• Recruited for roles within Accounting, Engineering, and Corporate disciplines at all levels
• Adapted and learned quickly to understand senior level roles across multiple industries
• Partnered with long-term clients to identify, address and provide solutions for their recruitment needs
• Was instrumental in improving systems and processes within the applicant tracking system

I was a Graduate Accountant specializing in tax compliance within the Private Enterprise team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepared annual financial statements and tax returns for individuals, trusts and companies with varying levels of complexity
• Engaged and collaborated with multiple team members on client engagements
• Worked effectively to meet tight deadlines and managed large workloads
• Demonstrated ability to self-teach on the job and learn multiple systems and process at pace.

I was employed on a short-term contract as a Risk and Compliance Analyst, specializing in anti-money laundering. Key responsibilities:

• Analysed data from financial transactions to ensure compliance with AML laws and principals
• Applied AML principles to real-life numbers and facts
• Completed risk assessments
• Worked effectively in a team to analyse over three years worth of data
• Consistently communicated lucidly and effectively to the head of department
