  • Knowledge update team: Identified, validated, liaised with different departments and stakeholders to update / maintain Knowledge pages are up to date regarding to any process changes or feedbacks.


  • L&D Training support: "Buddying" with new representatives or members of other departments and provided support during "Nesting" when they are taking live calls. After new induction is over, provided training for further post-induction presentations, such as how to use / navigate Protect & when / how to handle activities.


  • Duck Creek D1 Transformation project: Identified changes in Duck Creek system compared to Protect, understand how this could affect current claims / system process during co-existing period. Created update draft for Knowledge pages affected, New FAQ sheets for information roll-outs.
