  • Manage and report on Business risk measures. (Monthly risk pack presented to the wider Business team)
  • Maintain documentation of team processes, including the regular review of process maps, key risks and controls.
  • Identify and progress opportunities to consolidate and improve efficiencies, including through reductions in administrative handling times or systemic automation.
  • Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicator dashboards, used for internal team monitoring, which include contextual commentary supporting the indicators.
  • Provide recommendations on improvements in efficiency of resource allocation and operations across the team
