In my role as a Site Supervisor, I was responsible for visiting new construction sites to measure and oversee the supply and installation of joinery. I collaborated closely with construction managers and various trades, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. As the primary point of contact, I resolved quality issues promptly and provided our teams with the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.

In my role, I was responsible for fabricating and constructing new mining equipment for iron ore mining operations in Australia. I worked within a small team, interpreting engineering designs and transforming them into tangible products using heavy equipment. Additionally, I drove trucks to deliver our completed projects to various locations around Perth, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

In this short-term contract role, I managed all fundamental aspects of resort maintenance. My responsibilities included overseeing water filter management, handling basic plumbing needs, maintaining the pool, performing exterior and interior painting, and ensuring the upkeep of the grounds and joinery. Additionally, I was in charge of staff rostering, coordinating schedules to maintain smooth operations.
