- Administering drugs through various routes
- Monitoring blood glucose values
- Resuscitating during Cardio Respiratory arrest
- Assisting in CPR and Endo - tracheal Intubations
- Meeting Nutritional and elimination need
- Maintaining Personal Hygiene (e.g
- Nail Care, Hair Care, Mouth Care, Bowel and Bladder Care)
- Maintenance of intake output chart (e.g
- Urine Output, RT Feeds chest drainage) Tracheostomy care of the patient Collection Of Specimens (e.g
- Serum, ABG, Urine, Sputum)
- Prevention of Bedsore - back care and changing positions
- Care of Narcotic drugs and their records
- Pre and postoperative care of patient undergoing various surgeries
- Preparing patients for various investigations
- Supervision of juniors and non - professional workers
- Nursing process in assessing planning, implementation and evaluating daily individual patient care.
