  • My role within was head chef for the "Larder section"
  • I had 86 ingredients which forecasted over around 18 meals and desserts. I had to prepare myself, and make on order as the dinner rush came through.
  • I made and prepared everything from shackling oysters, making chicken liver parfait, preparing and baking Focaccia bread, cheese boards, tomato/ basil salads, made all sauce condiments. Made and assembled Tiramisu, homemade cannoli and chocolate gnash filling plus many more.

  • I was the only female chef in my restaurant and pride myself with my passion for food which every customer could see effectively in my presentation.
