Accomplishments

  • I was a Level leader/Prefect in 2020, which is a senior leadership role in the college responsible for supervising an entire year group. My responsibilities included ensuring this year's group were supported and provided with extra assistance in their chosen subjects.
  • Team Captain for the Wellington Interprovincials Athletics team in 2015- which is a national teams competition for eleven and twelve year old athletes. I lead the Wellington team to second place in New Zealand.
  • I was the Wellington secondary school regional champion in the 100 meters for four consecutive years.
  • I was the co-captain for the St Mary's football First XI football team

Awards

  • Received the St Mary's College award for five years, which is an award given to students who uphold the school values of mercy values of manaakitanga (Respect for Earth and Human dignity), Puaroha (Compassion), Tika (Justice), Awhinatanga (Service) and Atawhai (care for the vulnerable) throughout the year for those with 95-100% attendance record.
  • I received the junior sportsperson of the year at St Mary's in 2017.
  • I received the junior and senior award for Athletics. I received these awards for four years.
