I did everything except the admin eg xero and dealing with accountants etc. I did all the baking, i ran the shop front and the kitchen, i did all the cleaning, shopping, ordering, creating, everything that comes with running a kitchen i did. And then some... during this time of running my own buisness i also attended alot of markets to sell my goods, which in turn lead me to being good friends with the market organizer and in turn i helped at markets and helped run them and managed some without being a vendor i did this for about 2-3 years even after i stopped attending markets myself i still helped out a bunch. Set up, pack down, social media, stall management, stall holder management, phone calls to find missing stall holders etc
I did almost everything you can imagine in those 5 years almost completly by myself if it needed to get done it got done weather i was at work till 9pm or not. I learnt alot about time management and how working hard pays off in this time.
