Invaluable experience covering surgical specialties to which I had little exposure during my time in Scotland, such as CTSU and ophthalmology. As well as appreciating differences in practice from the NHS in general surgery and vascular, especially in both the availability of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology options.
My first job within the New Zealand health system. A challenging but excellent learning environment that cultivated my knowledge and curiosity in Neuroradiology.
