My Role: Experienced Senior Grade Wool Technician.

Role consisted of physical fitness to a high level, overseeing teams of up to 13 work colleagues & sortment of the Fleece wool to a quality high standard. This job was a 6am start to 5pm finish basis being Full time employment. A very fast pace constantly on your toes motivated job, paperwork of hours daily tailies recorded at the end of each day.

Driving a van 6am leaves to farms 1 hour drive plus away sometimes. Return trip home 5pm with up to 8-12 work colleagues on board. The driving consisted of travels far and wide over the wide Central otago areas of Middlemarch/Dunedin, Wedderburn, Ida Valley, Patearoa areas Styx & Alexandra regions.

Working as a team and having the resposibility of making sure these teams ran to the exprctation required gave great responsibility with excellent work ethics & communication.

Delivering customer service was a pleasure & so deserving for both myself & my customers. Having the role & responsibility of managing and maintaining a friendly happy vibrant service in a relaxed way was always rewarding.
