  • I am the first point of contact for patients and their families via phone, email and in person. Welcoming them to the practice, maintaining a friendly and calm waiting room environment, and helping the patient and family have a positive dental experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer queries and schedule appointments. Manage cancellations and prioritise urgent enquiries to facilitate daily schedules and smooth running of the practice.
  • Send referrals and supporting documentation to industry contacts and specialists as required.
  • Ensure patient information is up to date and records are kept accurately and confidential.
  • Processing payments and using Xero for invoicing and receiving.
