I am currently working as Senior admin at the Capital Gateway vaccination centre (run by Tu Ora), I started this role in march of 2021 where I worked at the first vaccination site in wellington (the Grande Mercure MIQ) Prior to this I was working with COVID testing as an Admin.

• Manages bi-weekly payroll for employees, Approves regular payroll submissions from employees.
• Evaluates employees' strengths and assign's tasks based upon experience and training.
• Creates and fills out rosters for all admin and clinical staff, is in charge of finding cover for sick/annual leave.
• Works directly with CIR, Indici and all microsoft products including teams. Problem solves when any issue arise from these programs. Is a designated super user for CIR (COVID immunisation registrar)

During the first COVID lockdown I was employed as a admin for COVID testing, I learnt how to work under extreme pressure, in an unknown environment that was constantly changing.

• Worked closely with indici inputting data as well as eclair
• Followed strict COVID protocol and infection protection protocol.
• Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.
• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to constantly changing high pressure environment around me.

Worked in a casual role for Ziera Wellington during its closing down sale over the holiday period. I thrived in the fast-paced environment of a closing down sale and was able to learn retail based skills applicable to Ziera quickly and efficiently in my limited time there.

Providing excellent customer service and styling assistance in a fast-paced New Zealand menswear store, as well as managing the Suit Hire department on the weekends.

• Used POS system to process sales, returns, online orders and gift card activations.
• Managed promotional in-store signage, Styling and displays and re-stocked merchandise from returns or dressing rooms.
