I am a third-year Health Psychology major with a minor in Sociology at Victoria University of Wellington. My academic focus combines theoretical insights with practical work to understand health dynamics within societal frameworks. I am proficient in research, data analysis, and critical thinking. Through my job as a Swim Instructor, I actively promote physical activity and water safety as well as a strong sense of communication and customer service with both adults and children alike. I am eager to leverage my academic and practical experience in health and well-being through internship/job opportunities.
