CONTRACT MILKER: 4 Dairy farms for year 2022 season and 3 dairy farms for 23-24 season total of 3 sheds and 22 staff members and approx 4500-4750 cows.

• Milked 1550 cows in 60 bale Rotary shed at Burnside Farm
• Milked 850 cows in 60 bale rotary shed at Sunset Farm
• Milked 550 cows in 40 ASHB shed at St Helens Farm
• Coordinated daily workflow to optimize resource allocation and farm productivity.
• Rotated Stock between farms for better grazing areas to provide enough access to pasture and optimum utilisation of milking platform.

Contract Milking:

Conducted regular performance evaluations of the farm with Farm Consultant provided by owner (Monthly) and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement in work quality. Collaborated with farm owners to develop annual budgets and financial plans, resulting in cost-effective operation strategies. Optimized pasture management practices to maximize grazing efficiency and promote sustainable land use.

Ensured accurate record keeping of milk production, animal health, and farm operations data for informed decision making.

Lower order share milking contract:

Responsible for overall management of the farm in conjunction with farm owner/s. Self-employed and had own business structure and financial budget.

Generally responsible for meeting farm goals, in terms of production, stock, feed, environment, machinery and people management, to monitor, analyse, interpret and report appropriate benchmarks.

Ensuring farm policies and plans are implemented. Is responsible for meeting the budget and accountable for farm expenses.
