With being at KFC for over 3 years, and gaining experience of a Shift Supervisor, I have been able to develop new skills while supervising and managing a team of workers to uphold the standards of great customer service, which also involves food and safety. Not only with the practical side, but also the theoretical side. A Shift Supervisor role involves admin work such as inventory count/stock take, contributing to maintaining stock levels, cash handing, managing staff and manager labour hours, authorizing till variances, performing end-of-shift cash-ups and making sure everything balances, updating daily sales reports.
