  • Ningbo Zhongyuan Alljoy Tackle is a fishing reel manufacturer and exporter with over 1200 workers, whose products been selling to the world's main distributors and shops all around the world.
  • It produces about 50,000pcs of fishing reels everyday and quantity wise it could be No.1 Fishing reel producer in the world. I started working as PM of General manager and then turned to export sales manager.
  • Been in the role, I need to increased sales revenue by developing and implementing strategic export plans for key markets. I was dealing with day to day business e-mails and phone calls, deliver customer's demand to factory, solving problems and balancing the interests of various parties. I also had many opportunities to travel around the world to meet customers, attend shows ( ICAST, EFFTEX, CHINA FISH), organize sales negotiations and most important selling products. As my main customers were the big distributors in different countries such as Pure Fishing (USA), Zebco brands (USA), Jarvis Walker( Australia), Marine sports(Brazil), Daiwa(Japan), I also need to contact different department of my customers for product development, order status, shipping process and sometimes financial situation.
  • Besides the sales job, I also kept the PA for General manager, dealing with factory administration, team building projects, General manager's office day to day chore, and some HR role, etc.

  • Coordinated international and domestic travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel reservations and car services.

the piano experience in primary school has made me strong interested in music.

Started learning english from watching english movies and then turned into hobby. 

Fashion always been my hobbies since young.  Have attended twice for Shanghai Fashion Week.
