Im Amy, im 40 years old. Myself and my partner have 2 teenage daughters and own our own home. Throughout my working years I have had many different jobs including many different roles such as customer service, cash handling, computer work, rosters and wages. I am a hard worker with a dedicated and positive look on things, these are key attributes that employers should look for to ensure their employees are reliable and will fulfill their roles to a high standard.
Communication
I needed to have clear communication whilst working at BP 2 Go Gore as I obtained the role of Site Manager, this meant I had to communicate with the staff about rosters, problems that arose and general smooth running of the Site
Team Management
While being Site Manager of BP 2 Go Gore I was in charge of all of the staff that were employed for this certain site as well as keeping BP smooth running
Perseverance
I haven't always had the easiest time whilst being in a bigger role however my dedicated mindset and perseverance allowed me to keep going and achieve the jobs I needed to get done to a high standard which I could be proud of
