  • Ministry of Education Microsoft Teams Migration from Skype for Business – Budget circa $100k Managing and scheduling the migration to Microsoft Teams – this involved working with the MOE to schedule the migrations across several tranches and working with internal Spark provisioning teams to ensure a smooth transition

  • NZ Post – Crowdstrike Antivirus Deployment – Budget circa $15k Managing and scheduling the software deployment of Crowdstrike Antivirus software. This involved working with NZ Post and their Datacom service desk to schedule the rollout and working with the Spark technical teams to resolve any issues
