- I enjoy participating in many sports including Netball, Basketball, Touch, Rugby sevens and Marching for overall physical and mental well-being I participate in these sports activities for physical activity, camaraderie, and personal growth While these sports also create a healthy social environment for myself to be in, giving me some of my closest friendships and greatest memories
