Supports projects leaders on critical infrastructure solutions projects by contributing to technical aspects, such as design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. She maintains project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. She also implements management models, improves productivity, and leads engineering efforts for manufacturing and electrical distribution.

• CAPEX: elaboration, execution and control of projects assigned by supply chain like waterproofing solution and flood barrier, civil construction, extension and renovation of building, equipment upgrade, new line production and safety enhancement
• Support the construction and start up of the first Biomass Boiler in Cambodia

• Quaker Oats Plant Manager responsible for 100% of oat production in all of Brazil
• Directly responsible for health and security, manufacturing, maintenance and continuous improvement within the plant.

• Direct manager of two production lines with 100 front-line employees and 4 supervisors ensuring the delivery of production, safety and quality KPI's
• Key performance in the management of transformation

• CAPEX: elaboration, execution and control of projects assigned by Marketing, Productivity, Quality and operational needs at corporate level for 6 snack's plants and 1 oat and cereal Plant
• Integration with process engineer’s continuous improvement.

• Process optimization and technical support in package area in 7 plants in Brazil (6 snacks plants + 1 oat and cereal plant)
• Operational trainings – operational and maintenance
• Support for start up's lines, equipment upgrades, innovation tests and raw improvement.
• International technical visits (F.A.T) to Japan, Netherlands and Italy for testing equipment to be installed in Brazil

• Control of KPI's - O.E.E, capacity boost and yields
• Process optimization
• Technical support for startup machines and upgrades
