My primary responsibilities in the office include processing and posting invoices, performing data entry, and reconciling both company bank statements and credit card accounts. I am also responsible for reconciling staff commissions, generating consistent reports on incoming and in-stock vehicles, and managing the orders of office supplies. Additionally, I handle cash flow operations, including counting cash for deposit, paying invoices, and covering office and vehicle-related expenses. I also train new administrative staff, confirm car deals, and ensure accurate filing of all relevant documentation.
