● Responsible for maintenance budget forecast and Maintenance excellence project deadlines in the powder plant producing premium Infant formula and Follow on products
● Lead Asset criticality & asset hierarchy set up in CMMS system which also includes creating BOM
● Perform equipment level FMEA for can (GEA COLBY) and pouch(BOSCH) lines based on historical functional failures, analyse failure modes and come up with suitable maintenance strategy.
● USD60,000 annualized cost savings by converting 147 assets from time-based maintenance to usage based and condition based maintenance

● Introduction of TPM with site level education and setting up of departmental committees. Draw out master plan for first phase of implementation.

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for the photolithography scanners and track equipment based on production window availability and approval from production planning team.
• 5Why methodology used in case of machine functional failure resulting in yield/reliability downgrade. Based on which Control Point Improvement Action(CPIA) and Preventive Recurrence Action(PA) were implemented
• Played vital role in Commissioning and Equipment validation such as
  IQ/OQ/PQ for new Photolithography 248nm high throughput scanner at TECH site

  Recognition award for from INTEL MICRON FLASH, Singapore for a 3 months assignment to stabilize process for 15 photolithography layers and resolving yield issues. Adaptability and Equipment knowledge was very much
  appreciated by the Managers at the Sister Plant.
