I went on maternity leave in year 2021. During leave time frame Bivouac Outdoor Queen Street Branch was closed down due to lease issues and low profitability post Covid19. I therefore decided to be there for my daughter until she is old enough to go to daycare. I'm grateful for the ability to be there for my family during that time. Obviously it was a difficult decision to take time away from working, but I always knew this would be temporary. I'm now ready to refocus on my career and get back to work.
