Originally, holding a Nepalese Citizenship. I have been living In New Zealand for 3 Years. I'm a Graduate Cookery Student in New Zealand. I am holding a Open work visa,whereas my Visa expiry date is 18th March 2024. I'm looking for a permanent Contract to support my visa for next year.

1.Make Savoury Cheese Scones, Muffins ,loafs ,buns etc
2. Smoke salmon, preparing al the vegges blanched and roasting vegges or meat them for lunch / breakfast.
3. Making holly sauce,Aioli,Mayo, G mayo ,Chippotle Plump sauce Tart ,Citrous dressing etc.
4.Food Ordering and Menu Planning.
5.portioning the food and cutting all Types of bread.
6. Inventory check and managing the rooster
7. HACAP management
8. Making poached eggs ,scrambled eggs, steaks , Toast ,omelette ,mushroom soup, Pie mix, different types of curry and soup etc
9.Making salads,making dessert pannacotta ,eclairs ,carrot cake etc
10.Organize the kitchen.
