I am a passionate Occupational Therapist and Registered Hand Therapist, who has 7 years experience in the field of hand therapy and many more years working in a variety of Occupational Therapy roles. I enjoy working with clients to achieve their goals, using a large range of interventions developed through my further education (formal and informal) and my experience in the field. I believe I am able to work successfully in a team or independently, in person, or remotely.
Outside of work I am a solo mum of 3 girls, and I keep myself fit through umpiring, playing and coaching with Manawatu Netball as well as attending the local gym.
Providing comprehensive assessment of upper limb pathology and symptomatology to patients of all ages.

Prescription of appropriate home based exercise programmes and supervision of these through regular clinic appointments.
Providing options of telehealth appointments for remote clients via phone calls or zoom meetings.
Collaboration with other professionals including physiotherapists, orthopaedic and hand surgeons to facilitate successful outsomes for patients.
Mentor occupational therapy and physiotherapy students on clinic placement.
Promote evidence-based practice by integrating current research findings into treatment strategies ensuring high-quality care delivery.
