· Maintaining accuracy or the consumers’ information by locating and correcting errors within the Covid Immunisation Register (CIR).
· Locating and uploading missing and overseas records to ensure the consumers’ data remain complete and up-to-date.
· Creating a National Health Index (NHI) for clients. Liaising directly with consumers to obtain required information.
· Supporting new system users (both clinical and non-clinical) with onboarding to CIR and new log-in set-up. Both remotely and with on-site visits. Workforce Lead for the district.
· Supporting the CIR’s implementation on sites, as and when required by the programme.
· Liaising directly with the Ministry of Health team to assist with complex issue resolution – investigations, data correction, systems errors, trouble shooting.
· Writing process documentation covering Super-user/Systems Administrator and user activity to ensure that processes are clearly understood and communicated. Providing ‘How to guides’ to providers.
· Delivering required training and upskilling of the users, in the range of information systems used in the programme, to enable streamlined delivery of the vaccination service including presenting to group training sessions and one on one support and training.
· Maintaining strict levels of consumer confidentiality at all times.
