I have been a chef for the last 20 years, and enjoyed working with small and large teams creating dishes for a wide range of customers.

I enjoy being a part or the kitchen team and getting the best out of each person, and learning from each other as we go.

I have recently along with the head gardener started a kitchen garden and designed menus to use all our seasonal produce as well as all food waste being composted onsite.
